All family law work performed by this law firm requires a minimum of $4,000.00 to begin work on your issues. Once the retainer has been received by our firm, we will work as diligently and effectively as possible to resolve your matter. If a case does not go to trial, it can usually be handled for less than $10,000.00.

Mr. Panessa's hourly rate is $300.00 per hour, Mr. Brunson's hourly rate is $275.00 per hour, and Ms. Pillai's billable rate is $200.00 per hour. As work is performed, you will receive a monthly bill indicating how much of the retainer has been billed on your case. If the retainer amount falls below $1,000.00, you will be required to replenish the retainer to a minimum of $4,000.00.
