Against the advice of many friends, I entered into a mediation agreement for child support/child custody which I thought was "fine" at the time. However, what I didn't know was the child's mother was moving out of town at the time I agreed to the terms. I learned the mother (and my child ) were moving the day before the child custody order was to be signed by the judge. Ms. Pillai worked late into the early morning hours preparing the Motion that will be heard regarding this matter. I wanted to see if I could get my child support award increased as a result of the recent changes in the 2007 Georgia Child Support Guidelines.
